REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Game of Stones Saree & Jewellery, every piece is crafted and curated with love and care. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to feel special.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. 48-Hour Return Window
    We accept return and refund requests within 48 hours of delivery only. Requests raised after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be entertained. To initiate a return, please contact us immediately with your order details, reason for return, and clear photographs or a video of the product.
  2. Eligible Reasons for Return
    Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
    • You received a damaged or defective product.
    • You received the wrong item (different from what was ordered).
    • The product is significantly different from what was described or shown.
  3. Non-Eligible Items
    The following are not eligible for return or refund:
    • Items returned after the 48-hour window.
    • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
    • Items with removed tags or missing original packaging.
    • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective).
    • Custom or made-to-order pieces.
  4. How to Raise a Return Request
    Step 1 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, DM, or email.
    Step 2 Share clear photos or a video of the product showing the issue.
    Step 3 Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
    Step 4 On approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or as store credit if preferred.
  5. Exchange Policy
    We are happy to offer an exchange in place of a refund, subject to product availability. Please specify your preference when raising your return request.
  6. Return Shipping
    • Error on our part (wrong or defective item): Game of Stones will cover the return shipping cost.
    • Other eligible returns: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
